Quotation & invoicing: For an exact quote please provide as much information as you possibly can including date of event, who flowers will be required for and type of decorations desired. A general price guide (showing the average prices) can be found on corollapaperflowers.wixsite.com/corolla but please note prices will be based on overall design and finish which will be quoted for when desired flower decorations have been established. 

Payment: A price will be provided for the full total, for example £100. Orders must be secured with a non-refundable deposit of around 30% of the overall total. No booking is guaranteed until payment has been made, where possible we will try to be as flexible as possible but  if there were 1 date remaining and more than 1 person were looking to secure the date it would go to the first to make deposit payment not necessarily the first who asked. The deposit is non-refundable to cover the upfront cost of materials and running costs. Upon receipt of deposit I will confirm it has been received and give you the official make date (please allow 5 days either side for work to actually begin). Payments can be made either via PayPal or Bank Direct transfer.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of work, we will not ask for any further money until you have seen the completed set in pictures send via email or other chosen form of communication (eg Facebook). Once all work is completed and you have seen the completed set in photos the remaining balance will be due in full within 10 days, no items will be posted until in full receipt of payment. Corolla PaperFlowers reserve the right to resell the items if client fails to pay within 21 days of invoice for balance. If the total was £100 and £30 was the non-refundable deposit the remaining £70 would be due upon completion of work.

Turn around & process: Ideally your flower decorations will be in the diary for work to begin 8-10 weeks prior to the special event date, this is subject to availability so could be a little earlier or a little closer to the date depending on schedule.  Where possible we have the flower decorations with you 4 weeks in advance of the event at the latest, unless there are extreme circumstances or prior agreed for delivery to be closer to the date. Orders take between 2-3 weeks from start until delivered. You will be contacted 1-2 weeks before work is due to begin when I check in with you that all the details are correct.

Change to details: We gather as many details as possible at the initial quotation stage to get you the most accurate price. Changes, addition or cancellations to an order must be made in writing no later than 8 weeks prior to the provided ‘start date’. Should you cancel items after the cut of point a refund may not be possible. Time is allocated to each order based on size and details, where possible we will try to accommodate increases to an order but this cannot be guaranteed if diary will not permit additional time required. At busy times the waiting list can be up to 1 month long, for this reason it can be difficult to change a make date once it has been agreed.

Cancellations & refunds: If circumstances change and you need to cancel your order you must confirm cancellation as soon as possible and follow up in writing. The booking deposit of 30% is non-refundable. If cancellation comes after 2 weeks prior to the make date but you have paid more than the 30% deposit  this may also be non-refundable depending what stage your order has progressed to. Postponed events will be accommodated where possible, diary schedule depending and only up to a maximum of 12 months, if diary will not permit the order will be cancelled.

In the extremely unlikely event that Corolla PaperFlowers cannot honour an order you will be notified at the earliest opportunity and fully refund any deposit or payment already made.

Delivery: Items are posted with Royal Mail. All orders are sent with signature required and all orders with a value over £100 are send tracked, insured and signature required. Delivery is generally 2-4 working days from receipt of payment.

Disclaimers

Every effort will be made to use the colours requested but from time to time suppliers discontinue lines, where possible a suitable alternative may be used in place of unavailable colours.

Corolla PaperFlowers are unique and handmade and as such, flowers, colours and arrangements may differ from each other. The arrangements are photographed at different times of day so pictures may not give a true reflection of colour pallet. Paper flowers are generally very robust but they are after all paper so necessary care should be taken with them. It goes without saying you do not generally want to subject them to moisture and keeping away from long term sunlight will help preserve the colours.

Most flowers, under pressure or if pulled apart they may snap. Most of the time flowers will be made onto wire stems. I will not take any responsibility for personal damage and these products. Buttonholes will be provided with a brooch back or separate pin, if being used for children supervision should be given at all times. Corolla PaperFlowers shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, materials or products provided.
